Naval Cadets (age 10 – 18)
Based on the Royal Naval and Royal Marines training aspects, we provide a whole range of activities; ranging from navigation and fieldcraft exercise training, seamanship, rifle shooting, drill, first aid, cookery, engineering, communications and much more.
Marine Cadets (aged 13-18)
If you are aged 13 years or over and would like a more rigorous training programme then Marine Cadets could be for you.
We also help out the local community, attend fundraising events and functions such as Remembrance Parade and Armed Forces Day.
Sometimes we explore away from our training ship and will do field trips (e.g. Rushmere) and camp expeditions (e.g. Mount Snowdon). Also occasional visits to Naval and Marine establishments and operational ships.

We always need volunteers and welcome expansion to our team. Would you like to join our committee or become one of our staff? Some officers within the Corps already have experience in the Royal Navy, Royal Marines and the Naval Reserves so they can teach you the ropes!
